Collaborative Law Process of dispute resolution
The collaborative process of dispute resolution is an alternative to court resolution of disputes in family, estate and contract law.
Bernard N. Stephaniuk has the designation as a lawyer being able to practice in the collaborative law process of dispute resolution. He has completed the following courses: Part one – Interest based negotiation: Part two – collaborative law: Part three – Advanced training.
