- estates administration of estates including applications to court for letters probate and letters of
administration, wills, powers of attorney and health care directives;

Collaborative Law Process of dispute resolution
The collaborative process of dispute resolution is an alternative to court resolution of disputes in family, estate and contract law.
Bernard N. Stephaniuk has the designation as a lawyer being able to practice in the collaborative law process
and as a mediator of dispute resolution. He has completed the following
courses/workshops: Part one – Interest based negotiation: Part two – collaborative law: Part three – Advanced
training; "Effective Negotiations: Working Collaboratively With Clients & Counsel"
